Description
Join the Kosher Food Recovery program and help pick up and recover left over kosher food from events, bakeries and other locations. Instead of the left over delicious food going into the garbage at the end of a program, you will help it go in the stomach of someone who needs it. Volunteers will need to be available to drive throughout Dade county for drop offs to specific homes and homeless shelters and pick ups around Miamk Beach. Volunteers will remain on a call list for this project and will be called upon when food is available for pick up and donation.
